Our ComfortCare VIP residential, annual preventative maintenance includes two (2) system check ups to prepare for seasonal changes in the Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer. It also includes emergency services should your system fail during this agreement. Receive up to 15% off needed repairs & 15% off of accessories during the term of this agreement. Labor not included. Plus, $25 VIP Loyalty Credit, each year you are enrolled, towards a new, high efficiency, system!
