Q: How do I know if my installation is being done right?

A: Quality installations require implementation of a complete comfort system.  A dedicated company evaluates the current system in place and designs a matched system with the proper capacity.  If current capacity is questionable they should  be able to perform a heat load calculation for you.  They will look at the duct distribution to assure there are no leaks and that it is properly sized for the new system.  Avoid a contractor that doesn't ask you questions about your comfort needs.  If you choose a quailty contractor, they will listen to your concerns, recommend a system designed for your comfort needs and educate you on the product options available so you are able to make the best choice available for you and your family.
